What we make
Three grades of roll stock, quoted by name. Each has its own page with the full specification, the test methods and the supply terms — this page is the company behind them.
ALOX BOPP
Aluminium-oxide coated BOPP at 18 µm, one gauge, in two grades: A, the printing grade with a protective coating, and B, the lamination grade without one. Clear oxygen and aroma barrier, and a pack that stays in the PP stream.
ALOX PET
The same oxide on a PET base, 12.0–12.5 µm, in ten types — six for lamination and four for printing, where the oxide carries a protective coat. The base to use where a retort cycle rules BOPP out.
Metallized PE
Vacuum-metallized PE in two grades: VMCPE, a sealant with metal on one face and high seal strength on the other, and VMNCPE, the high-barrier core of a three-layer PE structure. 40 µm standard; the sealant grade is made to order at 50–80 µm.
A short list, on purpose
The plant coats, metallizes and slits. Printing, lamination and bag-making are the converter's side of the process — which is why every grade here is specified by how it runs there, not by how it looks in a sample book.
A grade is a name and a set of values, not a range. What ships is measured on the roll and written on the lot certificate, so a converter can file the number against the job that used it.
If the job needs a finished pouch, a coextruded base film or a different polymer family, we say so rather than quote around it. The film is what leaves the site.
One site, two coating platforms
Capacity is split by process, not shared out of a single number. Coating and metallizing are separate platforms in the same site, with slitting alongside them.
The AlOx coaters deposit aluminium oxide; the metallizers deposit aluminium. A barrier claim and a capacity figure therefore refer to the same line, and a grade is always quoted against the platform that produced it.
Both platforms are held to the same lot discipline. A mixed order is coated, metallized and slit at one address, and the roll that ships carries the measurements of the line that ran it.
The figures listed here are annual capacity and physical limits, not targets. Anything outside them is a conversation with the sales desk rather than a guess on a data sheet.

Documentation is issued per grade and per lot. No claim on this site goes beyond what these four documents say.

FDA compliance is documented for the grades we supply, and the statement is issued with the grade sheet so it can be filed against the lot that ships.

A migration test report against EU 10/2011 is available on request, for the grade and the use you are qualifying.

Values, methods and test conditions for each grade — the same numbers that appear on the product pages, quoted per grade name rather than as a range.

Measured thickness, width, length and barrier for the roll that ships, issued with the lot and traceable to the line that produced it.
