These Terms & Conditions govern your use of www.recyclepac.com ("the Site"), which is operated by QINGDAO OLUNRO CORPORATION ("RecyclePac", "we", "us"). The grade pages describe film we manufacture and the documents that ship with it; they are information, not an offer. By accessing or using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

The content on this Site is provided as general information about our products and manufacturing capabilities. You may view, download and print pages for your own internal business use. You may not:

• reproduce, republish or redistribute substantial parts of the Site without our written permission;
• use automated systems to scrape or harvest content, product data or contact details;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers, or any connected systems;
• use the Site in any way that is unlawful or misleading, or that interferes with its normal operation.

2. Product information, specifications and no offer

Product descriptions, technical specifications, dimensions, images and documents shown on the Site are indicative and provided for guidance only. They do not constitute a binding offer, a warranty, or a guarantee of fitness for a particular purpose.

Actual specifications, tolerances and barrier figures are confirmed in writing in the applicable quotation, order confirmation and technical data sheet. The figures on a grade page are the values of the grade sheet; the lot certificate carries what was measured on the roll that ships. Where a figure shown on the Site differs from the figure in your agreed specification, the agreed specification applies.

3. Compliance and claims

Where we state that a film is food-contact compliant, the statement reflects the position recorded in the documentation issued for that grade: FDA compliance, and a migration test report to EU 10/2011 on request. Documentation is issued per grade and per lot, and it applies to the composition and the conditions it names — not to a finished pack made from it.

Regulation, guidance and the interpretation of both change. Please ask us for the current declaration before you rely on it for your own compliance, your own customer specification, or a claim you intend to put on a pack. Nothing on this Site is a licence to use our name, our documents or our test results in your own marketing.

4. Enquiries and quotations

Submitting the enquiry form does not create a contract. Prices, lead times, minimum order quantities and payment terms are set out in our written quotation, and remain subject to confirmation of technical feasibility and stock availability. The minimum order, lead time and sample terms shown on the grade pages are indicative and are confirmed in writing for each order.

Sample material is supplied so that you can qualify the film on your own line. It is not a production order, and the figures measured on a sample are not a substitute for the lot certificate of the delivered roll.

5. Intellectual property

All trademarks, logos, text, images and other content on the Site are owned by us or licensed to us, unless otherwise stated. Nothing in these terms gives you any right to use our name, logo or content, except as expressly permitted in section 1.

6. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices. Following such links is at your own risk, and their terms and privacy policies apply.

7. Privacy and cookies

Our handling of personal information, and the cookies we use, are described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. Non-essential cookies are only set with your consent, and you can withdraw that consent as described in the policy.

8. Availability and changes to the Site

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of liability

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, business, goodwill or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.

The courts of Qingdao, Shandong, China have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory rules of consumer protection in your country of residence give you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.

11. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms at any time by updating this page. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when they last changed. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
