Privacy Policy
How we collect, use and protect personal information when you visit this website or send us a film enquiry.

This policy in one paragraph
This Privacy Policy explains how QINGDAO OLUNRO CORPORATION — the company behind RecyclePac — handles personal information when you visit www.recyclepac.com or contact us through it. We collect what you type into the enquiry form and the technical data needed to deliver the site and keep the form working. We do not sell it, we do not use it to train machine-learning models, and we keep it only for as long as the enquiry is live.
1. Who we are
We are the data controller for the personal information described in this policy. Our details are:
QINGDAO OLUNRO CORPORATION
Mincheng Road, Chengyang District, Qingdao 266109, China
Email: sales@recyclepac.com
Phone: +86 532 6776 6956
If you have any question about this policy, or about how we handle your information, please write to us at the email address above.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you submit the enquiry form on this site, we collect the information you enter:
- your name and company name;
- your work email address;
- your country;
- the grade you selected — ALOX BOPP, ALOX PET, metallized PE, comparing grades, or not sure yet;
- the width and thickness you need;
- the structure or application you describe in the message field — the layers, the pack, and the machine it has to run on.
Information collected automatically. When the form is submitted, our server records the request time, the IP address it came from, and the result of the anti-spam check that runs on the form — a hidden field that a person does not fill in. We use these only to tell genuine enquiries apart from automated submissions, and to apply rate limiting.
Website security data. When you visit any page, our content delivery network records technical connection data — IP address, requested URL, timestamp and browser user-agent — for traffic delivery and to block abusive requests. We do not use it to profile visitors or to build advertising audiences.
Analytics. Analytics is not switched on at the moment. When it is enabled we will measure how visitors reach and use this site in aggregate, so that we know which grade pages are read. Analytics cookies will only be set with your consent; without it we count page views without a cookie and without an identifier. Section 6 describes this in full.
We do not knowingly collect information from children, and we do not collect special categories of personal data such as health data, biometrics or political opinions. Please do not send us such information.
3. Why we use it, and our legal basis
- To answer your enquiry and take steps towards a contract — responding to your request, quoting, and arranging samples. Legal basis: performance of, or steps prior to, a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
- To protect the website from spam and abuse — the anti-spam check and rate limiting described above. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the service available and secure (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- To measure and improve the site — aggregated analytics, once it is enabled. Legal basis: your consent where required, and otherwise our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(a)/(f)).
- To comply with legal obligations — for example tax and record-keeping requirements that apply to business correspondence (Art. 6(1)(c)).
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate this website and respond to you, and only as far as needed:
- Hosting and content delivery — Cloudflare, Inc., which serves this website through its global content delivery network and processes the connection data described in section 2 on our behalf;
- Email delivery — our business mailbox provider and our transactional email provider (Resend, Inc.), which transmit and store the messages you send us through the enquiry form;
- Analytics — Google Analytics 4, once analytics is enabled and only with your consent. Google processes that data on our behalf and its own privacy terms apply: policies.google.com/privacy;
- Professional advisers and authorities — where we are legally required to disclose information, or need to in order to establish or defend legal claims.
We do not use your enquiry content, or any personal information collected through this site, to train machine-learning models, ours or anyone else's.
5. International transfers
Some of our service providers are located outside your country, including outside the European Economic Area. Where that is the case, we rely on appropriate safeguards — such as the provider's standard contractual clauses — or on your consent where the law requires it.
6. Cookies and analytics
This website uses cookies and similar technologies. Strictly necessary cookies are required for the site to work — for example to keep the enquiry form working and to protect it from automated submissions.
Our content delivery network may set one further strictly necessary cookie, __cf_bm, when it needs to tell a real visitor from an automated request. It lasts for at most 30 minutes, contains no identifier that we can use to recognise you, and is not used for analytics or advertising. Because it is required for the security of the service, it is not covered by any consent choice.
Analytics cookies are not strictly necessary, and none are set today. When we enable analytics we will ask for your consent in a banner on your first visit, before any analytics cookie is stored, and we will remember the choice you make. Refusing will cost you nothing: every page stays readable and the enquiry form still works.
Our analytics provider is Google Analytics 4. Once it is enabled and you have accepted, it sets first-party cookies on our domain named _ga and _ga_ followed by the container ID, and sends usage data to Google with a stable identifier. Advertising and cross-site personalisation features are not enabled, and we do not use analytics to identify you.
You can withdraw consent at any time. There is no cookie-settings link on this site yet, because there is no banner to reopen: while analytics is off, email sales@recyclepac.com and we will record your withdrawal. When the banner ships it will carry the same choice. You can also control or delete cookies through your browser settings, and blocking analytics cookies does not prevent you from contacting us.
7. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for 24 months from the date of your last contact with us, after which they are deleted or anonymised — unless a longer period is required for a contract we have entered into with you, or by law.
Anti-spam metadata that is not linked to a genuine enquiry is discarded as part of our routine rate-limiting cleanup.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at the address in section 1. We will respond within the time required by applicable law. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
9. How we protect it
We use HTTPS across the site, restrict access to enquiry records to staff who need it, and keep anti-spam and rate-limiting measures in place. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when it last changed. If a change is material, we will describe it on this page rather than only changing the date.
11. Contact
